Classes: Music 102, Sociology 101, and Math 102

Homework: Math (done and done! and I understood it for once.) Music (Due friday but turned in today!)

So today we watched a movie in Sociology and it was really far fetched. All about women in advertising and how men are out to get women because of their gender...uh huh. Well I guess I'm just not that much of a feminist. I still love 50's stuff and I love the idea of raising kids and baking cookies. I do believe that every relationship is a 50-50 but I want my 50 part to be baking and raising kids while working a job. half and half all the way baby!

Good things about today: Pranks galore and lots of fun one liners!

Bad things about today: Still a little under the weather with an ear infection.

Lessons Learned: Never forget to do your homework until 12:30am when you have an early class the next day. Whoops!

Song of the day: Today was a "3" kind of day. Thank you Britney Spears. Pop music helped my day to be brighter and better than usual!

Classes: Music 102, Sociology 101, and Math 102

Homework: Not due yet...probably should have started some of it.

So today I found that I can hide MyLifeisAverage.com behind my word document. It looks like I'm taking notes but really I'm reading a bunch of short posts about things that really, aren't that average. I mean really, who actually wears a "Where's Waldo" costume around anyways?

Good things about today: I colored some more and put the pictures on my door.

Bad things about today: I'm not feeling so hot. Ear infections are not fun.

Lessons Learned: I've been repeating the same words in my head for a few days now. "Never miss an opportunity to make someone else's day a little bit easier." I'm not sure if I made that up or I heard it somewhere else but I love that statement. If we all help one person out, we end up being rewarded because someone will help us out when we need it most.

Song of the day: "Haven't Met You Yet" by Michael Buble (ahhhh...so amazing. The best "feel better music" ever!)

Here we go...

I'm not going to lie. This may be the first and last post I write. I have had 5 blogs. Yup. 5. I really have tried to be diligent but until I get that idea that is striking enough, I don't know that I will every finish one. I have always wanted to write a book and a blog seemed like a good place to start. So here I go. College is so much fun, but sometimes it does feel like high school. As i try to rationalize my thoughts about college, I think we both may learn. Whether you learn what to do....or what not to do, we can both say we learned something. Maybe you will learn not to race shopping carts down the hall (another story...later) and I will learn not to write when I'm not a writer. Good Luck to the both of us. We need it.
